About Us
Continuous Change Assurance for Critical Enterprises.
Change is the only constant in modern enterprise environments—but for critical infrastructure, change is also the primary source of risk. Every patch, upgrade, configuration, or modernization introduces unknown dependencies and potential operational consequences.
CyDeploy was founded on a simple, transformative realization: Change never stops, so your validation capability shouldn’t either.
We provide the continuous change assurance layer that empowers organizations to move from reactive, project-based testing to an always-on operational capability. By continuously maintaining an actionable understanding of your environment—including assets, identities, and dependencies—CyDeploy allows you to simulate the impact of every change before it ever reaches production.
We turn "What else will this affect?" from a high-risk gamble into a data-driven certainty.

Our Story
An idea worth coming back to.
CyDeploy began with a question that had been hiding in plain sight for years:
What will happen if we make this change?
For cybersecurity and IT teams, that question can stand between knowing something needs to be fixed and actually fixing it. A vulnerability may demand immediate action. A system may need to be hardened. A critical update may need to be deployed. Yet the fear of disrupting something else can make even the right change feel like a gamble.
CyDeploy was created to replace that uncertainty with confidence.
It started with a working relationship.
Long before CyDeploy had a name, Tina Williams-Koroma and David Steadman first worked together at Unisys Federal.
Tina was focused on cybersecurity, risk management, and helping organizations understand and manage security requirements. David worked on the infrastructure and engineering side, bringing a deep understanding of how complex technology environments are built, connected, and operated.
Their work gave them complementary perspectives on the same fundamental challenge: security and technology changes don't happen in isolation.
What happens in one part of an environment can have consequences somewhere else.
After their time at Unisys, Tina and David went on to build independent careers, gaining additional experience across cybersecurity, engineering, infrastructure, software, risk management, and business leadership.
Then, roughly fifteen years later, they reconnected.
The idea had stayed with Tina.
By then, Tina had spent years working directly with organizations facing the same problem she had seen throughout her career: teams knew they needed to make security changes, but often lacked a reliable way to understand the operational consequences before making them.
She had begun developing an original concept for a platform that could help answer that question—using automation, intelligent analysis, testing, and replicated environments to understand what a change might affect before touching production.
When Tina and David reconnected, the opportunity was clear.
The idea needed to become more than a concept. It needed to become an enterprise-grade platform.
David brought the engineering and infrastructure perspective necessary to help transform the original design into a technology architecture capable of operating in the complexity of real-world enterprise environments. Tina brought the cybersecurity, risk, business, and customer perspective that defined the problem the platform needed to solve.
Their complementary experience became the foundation for CyDeploy.
From an idea to a platform.
CyDeploy was founded around a simple belief:
Organizations should not have to choose between improving security and keeping the business running.
The original vision has evolved into a platform that helps organizations discover and understand their environments, map dependencies, create digital twins and secure sandboxes, automate testing, and evaluate the potential impact of changes before they are deployed.
What began as a way to answer “What will break if I make this security change?” has grown into something bigger:
How can we make technology change more predictable?
That question matters more than ever.
Modern organizations are constantly changing. They are patching, upgrading, migrating, hardening, integrating, and responding to new threats. The pace of change is only accelerating—and complexity makes the consequences increasingly difficult to predict.
CyDeploy is building the intelligence layer that helps organizations navigate that complexity.
The journey continues.
Tina and David's story is, in many ways, a story about the value of perspective.
Two professionals who first worked together more than a decade ago went on to develop different expertise, then reunited around a problem they both understood from different sides.
Today, that shared perspective drives CyDeploy.
We believe the future of cybersecurity isn't simply about finding more vulnerabilities.
It's about giving organizations the ability to understand, test, and confidently act on what they find.
Because finding risk without the ability to fix it quickly leaves organizations exposed.
CyDeploy is here to close that gap.
